San Francisco Rental Property
Purchased a 3 bed 2 bath Victorian-style unit in San Francisco in 2021 at a 2.99% interest rate. Currently live here while renting out the other bedrooms.
Autonomous Trading Bot
A fully autonomous stock trading bot that identified an edge in shorting low-float stocks after VWAP price spikes. Successfully backtested but shut down due to inability to borrow the extremely low float stocks required for execution in live trading.

A platform that identifies and solves inefficiencies in modern data analytics workflows. Focus on streamlining data preparation, analysis automation, and making insights more accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
New-Age Gym
Centered around community, sport and fun. Current gyms if you want a 3rd place in your life to move around a few weights. But it's not really great at getting people that fit. I want to build something like that.

Hawaii Baseball Resort
A baseball resort and training facility in Hawaii, inspired by Rocker B Ranch in Texas. Would feature fields, accommodations, and host tournaments while providing a vacation destination for baseball families.

High-quality, sporty workout hats that don't collapse or lose shape. Designed to be the go-to hat for workouts or runs, similar to what Lululemon did for athletic wear.
